Parcels are shipped after payment has cleared which is usually within 24 hours of order, we will notify you by email when your consignment is shipped and provide you with a consignment number for tracking purposes.

Depending on your location your order may take up to 5 working days to arrive. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and do not include insurance. Insurance can be arranged if desired, please indicate requirement in the "Special Instructions" dialog box of the "Delivery Information" page. Shipping charges are as follows:

International

International Shipments are made using EMS International Courier. Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. The shipping price is automatically generated by the system based on the weight of the package and the zone you are in. Price does not include in-bound customs clearance costs.

Returns Policy

Joining Systems Australia Pty. Ltd. will happily exchange or refund your purchase if the product is found to be defective or fails to meet your expectations. Simply return your goods and packaging in original condition with details of your invoice number and reasons for your refund or exchange.
